A short overview of how TekShot AI provides its services, charges for them and protects your data.
The summaries below are for convenience. The full legal documents always prevail.
1. Terms of use
By signing up for and using TekShot OS and its AI assistants (Vision, POS, Studio, Insight, Central), you agree to the TekShot AI terms of use. In short:
- You keep your sign-in details safe and are responsible for activity on your account.
- Registration details should be accurate and kept up to date.
- The service must not be used for unlawful purposes or to interfere with TekShot AI systems.
2. Privacy policy
TekShot AI respects your privacy and only collects the data needed to provide the service, such as account details and the operating data you put into the system.
- Data is used to provide, support and improve the service.
- Access to data is limited by role and permissions.
- You can ask to view, correct or delete your personal data.

4. Payment policy
Service fees depend on the plan and billing cycle shown on the Pricing page.
- New accounts get a 7-day free trial, no credit card required.
- Pay for 12 months and get 2 extra months free.
- Payment methods, invoices and renewals are confirmed when you sign up or in your service agreement.
5. Data processing
Personal data is processed in line with the Vietnamese personal data protection rules in force and the TekShot AI privacy policy:
- Collection: only with your consent or another valid legal basis.
- Use: within the scope of your account and the service you use.
- Sharing: only with service providers bound by confidentiality, or when required by competent authorities.
- Deletion: on request or when the service ends, unless the law requires us to keep it.
